Lease Terms

Available Lease Lengths: 3 - 15 Month Leases available

Flexible lease options to meet your needs. Contact our leasing office to discuss the best lease term for your situation.

Qualification Requirements

  • Income Requirement: 2.85x Monthly Rent
  • Minimum Credit Score: 525

Rent Payment

Due Date: Rent is due on or before the 1st day of each month

Late Fee: Initial late fee of 10% of one month's monthly base rent

We offer convenient online payment options through our resident portal.

Pet Policy

Allowed Pets: Dogs and cats allowed

Maximum Pets: 2 pets per apartment

Breed Restrictions: Please contact leasing office for breed restrictions

We are a pet-friendly community with a Pet Play Area for your furry friends!

Renters Insurance

Requirement: Renters insurance is required for all residents

Minimum Liability: $100,000.00 per occurrence

Proof of insurance must be provided prior to move-in and maintained throughout your lease term.

Early Termination

Notice Required: 60-day notice

Early Termination Fee: $0.00 with a 60-day notice

Security Deposit Return

Security deposit will be returned within 30 days after move out, less lawful deductions

Deductions may include unpaid rent, damages beyond normal wear and tear, and cleaning fees if applicable.

Alterations Policy

You must not make any additions or alterations without written consent

This includes painting, installing fixtures, or making any modifications to the apartment. Please contact our office for any alteration requests.
